CORRECTION: An article in SIMS & LAYTON NEWSLETTER Vol 22 No.1 captioned," Two, Possibly Three Changes for California Nonprofits" there was an error with regards to Assembly Bill 624. The jurisdiction for coverage of the subject matter of AB 624 is a nonprofit must have $250 million in assets not $250,000 as written and the need to identify data about ethnicity, gender, and orientation have been deleted from the proposed legislation.
